Manchester Township Education Foundation

MTEF is honored to be administering a new Scholarship for graduates of Manchester Township High School as well as a Memorial Fund for future donations to the Manchester Twp. School District in memory of U.S. Marine Cpl. Nicholas Ott.  

Cpl. Ott made the ultimate sacrifice for his country while serving in Operation Enduring Freedom in Afghanistan.  He was a graduate of Manchester Township High School,  Class of 2006, where he was on the wrestling, track and football teams.

Cpl. Ott died on August 10, 2011 while conducting combat operations in Helmand province. He was squad leader as part of the 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, 3rd Marine Division, III Marine Expeditionary Force, of Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii.
