19 Classroom Mini-Grants Totaling $9,000 Awarded for 2012-13 [Read More]

Teachers and staff may apply for MTEF Classroom Mini-Grants. The next cycle will begin in Fall of 2013.

These grants provide funding for innovative new programs and equipment intended to enrich the curriculum for  students in the Manchester Township Public Schools.  The MTEF seeks proposals that offer novel concepts and strategies that will positively affect student learning.  The MTEF will only fund items not provided for in the regular school budget, with the intent that funded projects will have a lasting and positive impact on students.

Students Love Their
Mini-Grant Kindles!

Robyn Pilcher & Crystal Pollicastro, 3rd Grade Teachers at Ridgeway School, were awarded $760 in 2010-11 for the project, "Digital Libraries" for the purchase of four Kindles to supplement their classroom library. Pilcher said the Kindles are not only exciting for the students, but also save space in the classroom with multiple books downloaded on each unit.
