Geri Szoke, Media Specialist at Ridgeway School was awarded a $515 grant for a project to teach 4th graders about money and economics. 

Students Love Their
Mini-Grant Kindles!

Robyn Pilcher & Crystal Pollicastro, 3rd Grade Teachers at Ridgeway School, were awarded $760 for the project, "Digital Libraries" for the purchase of four Kindles to supplement their classroom library. Pilcher said the Kindles are not only exciting for the students, but also save space in the classroom with multiple books downloaded on each unit.
